Uttaran 11th June 2013 Written Episode
The episode begins with Meethi talking to Damini. What do they think? That whatever they will say I will agree to it? Celebrating someone’s death, enjoying, dancing what is left to think? Do they think that by doing this I will go back? No Meethi wont do this mistake again. I have understood each of them very well. It must be there plan to get me back in that cage. Akash would right now be sitting with his family and mocking me.
Damini tells her not to think of them. Don’t hurt yourself because of them. I would rather say he dint deserve your love. He has hurt you a lot already but not anymore. I want my old Meethi back. The very same Meethi who when used to enter in the house, the whole house echoed her laugh. The whole house used to be happy seeing her happy and chirpy. I want my Meethi, Anni’s daughter back. Now there is only one hope left for me to live which is – you. Vishnu & Mukku stand by the door listening to their convo. Damini continues, I pray to God that he send someone in your life who will take out all the bitterness from your life and give my old Meethi back to me. Now you rest I will get coffee for you. She meets Vishnu who asks permission for speaking with Meethi. She nods & goes from there.
Mukku pats Meethi’s shoulder and welcomes Vishnu inside.
Akash monitor beeps along with the Kal Ho Na Ho instrumental music. Maiyya tries to calm him down but in vain. The nurse rushes in. She reprimands Ekadhish for speaking with the patient when she had advised otherwise. He doesn’t wish to live. Plus his pulse is not stable at all. Even the medicines are not having their effect. Everything is in God’s hands. Ekadish looks on helplessly.
Vishnu seeks forgiveness from Meethi. That guy used my name, my identity to enter your life. He ruined everything for you. Its all because of me. She tells him not to apologize. It was not your fault but mine that I trusted him. Don’t blame yourself.
He cannot stop feeling guilty about it. Somehow I am to be blamed for all of this. I am feeling bad even thinking about it. I came to meet you earlier too before your wedding. I wish I had tried to either meet Mukta or Teacher didi then this wouldn’t have happened. I am yours and teacher didi’s culprit. He turns to leave but stops. Can I request you something? She nods back.
He says if you ever feel like I can help you in anyway then do not hesitate to contact me. She nods and he takes her leave.
Sankrant is sitting before a Ganesha idol. Maiyya joins him. Vakratunda Mahakaya chant begins in the background. She says, my son doesn’t want to live. You make him understand please. He is not listening to me.
Sankrant nods his head in negative. What for? That he live a life of no use. As soon as he recovers and comes back home you will again start prodding him for revenge. When will you change? Or will you ever change or not? He is about to walk off when she keeps her head on his shoulder in a manner of surrender. I agree to what he is saying. Sankrant confirms with her if she agrees to everything that he has asked for. She replies I am ready to forsake the revenge game forever for my son’s life. She cries bitterly as he looks on.
Vishnu comes downstairs and meets Mukku who asks if Meethi said anything. He declines. Plus her sadness wont go away in a minute. When you get cheated by someone so badly it is very hard to forget it. My blood still boils thinking why I couldn’t do anything. Why could I not recognize his truth? He used my name to cheat her and teacher didi. He ruined both their lives. I did a big mistake.
Mukku tries to comfort him. It was not your fault. You dint knew anything. It was our fault that even after knowing his reality I couldn’t expose him in front of everyone. I tried so hard to meet you as well but couldn’t save Meethi’s life.
They both rue wish they would have met earlier at the right time and saved Meethi’s life. He wonders what he can do to bring back the happiness back in Meethi’s life. Somewhere I am responsible for this and I only will rectify everything. Mukku supports him. I am with you in this. Whenever you think of doing something for Meethi then let me know. I will be with you. They both shake hands and he leaves from there.
Kajri’s words keep echoing in Meethi’s head. He is in a very serious condition and needs you. Only you can save him. He needs you or he will die. A sad piercing piya plays as Meethi thinks what if what kajri didi was saying turns out to be true? What if Akash really slit his wrists? If it is true then what should I do I cannot understand. She decides to call Kajri but disconnects the call. I don’t want to ask anything about him. Nothing!
Sad Darmiyaan plays as she sees the jewellery box lying on the table. She takes out the broken mangalsutra from it. Looking at the mangalsutra she recalls how she had taken it off forcibly breaking the threads and scattering the beads on floor. She gets worried. I broke it that day. If because of this something happens to Akash’s life then….?
-Break-
Sankrant sits beside Akash. He speaks to him so lovingly. Akash, Maiyya has agreed. Now there wont be any revenge. We have nothing to do with any revenge now. Your Meethi will be safe and sound. Maiyya has promised me. Maiyya watches it from the door and nods smiling at Akash. He calms down and his condition gets a bit stable. Sankrant tells him not to act stubborn anymore. Now you have to live for Maiyya, Meethi & me. Now get up for us. Akash smiles slightly. Sankrant & Maiyya smile seeing this.
-Break-
Meethi meets her inner voice in the mirror. No Meethi you cannot fall weak this time. Meethi says but what if something happens to him because of me? I do not want anything to happen to anyone because of me. Her mirror image tells her not to take the burden of everyone. Did you forget what he did to you? He took you to the forest to kill you. He kept the dagger with him not to save you from anyone or anything but to kill you. Meethi protest but her inner voice shushes her.
It is good that you took off the mangalsutra and wiped the vermilion off your forehead. Think about it. What if Maiyya & Akash made this plan, pressurized Kajri didi to lie to you? Don’t be stupid. Look at me. I am you inner voice. Its not necessary to go back to that cage. Meethi agrees with her. It might be Maiyya & Akash’s plan. They would have definitely pressurized Kajri didi t call me. It is nothing but a trap. Her inner voice tells her to forget everything. You wont go back to that cage again. Meethi is still worried about Akash.
Her inner voice tells her off. What will do with it? Don’t forget that he broke your heart. He hurt you and your mother. You both trusted him so much. It is all a trap. He was never good for you. He was a cheater. He never deserved your love and neither is and nor will be. Meethi wipes her tears determined. She looks back in the mirror to see her reflection missing. Very sad piya plays. Episode ends.
Precap: The postman brings divorce papers for Surbahi. Agarth & nirbhay proudly announce the same to her sister. She looks disturbed. Nirbhay tells her to sign them asap so that they can send it back today only. Pavitra wonders why they sent only one divorce paper (hinting at Akash & Meethi). Gomti adds that relation wont break so easily like Surabhi & Kanha’s.

time playing Vishnu in Mahadev:

Saurabh Raj Jain who plays Vishnu in
Life OK's Devon Ke Dev…Mahadev
(Triangle Film Company) had slipped
into Lord Vishnu's role with ease as his
producer Nikhil Sinha had guided him
very well. The tall and handsome actor
told us, "Nikhilji had told me that Lord
Vishnu doesn't speak much. He just
says one or two liners. He is a Supreme
God and an enlightened soul who
knows all. He has no worries. A smile
always plays on his lips."
It was not difficult for him to play a
God who is an enlightened and serene
soul and isn't affected by external
circumstances. "The only issue is that
as I have to smile all the time, my jaw
aches," laughs the actor.
Saurabh prefers mythologicals to
playing a husband in mainstream
soaps. He elaborated, "I feel that male
actors have something concrete to do
in mythological."
We asked him his take on the
controversy as to whether
mythological shows are history or
mythology. He replied, "This is a tricky
question. I feel that it is a blend of
mythology and history. For instance
there is proof which points to the fact
that the Ramayan and the Mahabharat
did take place."
When Saurabh isn't acting, he engages
himself in dancing and reading. "I am
an avid reader who loves to read all
sorts of books about life and the world.
I also attend dance classes."
Speaking on his impressive career
graph from his first show Remix on
Star One, he tells us that he is happy
that he has got to play a variety of
roles. "It is a challenge to play
different kind of roles. I have played a
grey character in Uttaran, an innocent
guy in Parichay and now I am playing
Lord Vishnu."

Mukku picks the call and is told that she is Kajri, Meethi’s sister-in-law. Mukku looks shocked and Meethi wonders who it is. Mukku sternly asks her the reason for calling her. She cannot talk to you. Kajri notices Nirbhay coming this way. She hides and heaves a sigh of relief when he is gone.
She tells her that she doesn’t have time for anything. Devar ji (Akash) is in hospital. He is very serious and is struggling between life and death. Mukku gets shocked. But then says if they have not hurt Meethi enough already? Kajri tries to make her understand that Akash loves her. I know she has been meted out a very wrong treatment but she is the only one who can save him. let me speak to her once.
Mukku was wondering how she would tell this to Meethi when Jogi interrupts her thoughts asking her about the caller. She says the call is from Aatishgarh sending everyone in shock. It is Kajri. She wants to speak to Meethi. Akash is unwell and is admitted to hospital. He is struggling between life and death. Meethi gets up in shock. Divya tries to stop her but she walks up to the phone.
Kajri feels happy to hear her voice. Meethi directly asks her who told to call her. Akash / Vishnu or Maiyya? What is left for me now? Everything was a lie and now this? Only this was left to be seen for her? kajri says she never lied to her. It is indeed true that Akash is in the hospital. Meethi again shouts calling it a lie. Kajri calmly tells her she isn’t lying for God’s sake. I never lied to you. Akash is in hospital. Sad piya plays as Meethi feels pained to hear about Akash. Kajri says, he has fought with the whole family telling them to stop all this revenge game. Sankrant bhaiya told me that he has slit his wrists. He is not at all well. Only you can save him now. He needs you or he will die. Meethi is crying silently. Say something. Only you can save him. Trust me Meehti I am not lying.
Meethi repeats trust? How can I trust you or anyone else? I did trust your family but what did I get in return? I got cheated. I can never trust anyone now. It is true that in that whole family it was only you who loved me truly. Rest everyone / every relation was fake. I cannot trust you or anyone else. Let whatever happen to him because I don’t have any relation with him anymore. I have even wiped out the vermilion of his name from my forehead. Twadev lagnam chant plays. Even if he dies I don’t care. Kajri still tries to make her understand but of no use. Believe me he loves you. Meethi corrects her. Hate! He only hates me. She puts the phone down and cries in to Jogi’s arms. Kajri too is disappointed.
Scene shifts to Maiyya sitting with blank expressions. Sankrant is pacing in the corridor. Seeing her thus he sits beside her. I have deposited all the money required for my brother’s treatment. She tells him that Akash doesn’t want to get treated. He said he wants to die.
Sankrant looks at her in shock. At least now agree….give up this revenge game. What did it give to you? Pain, sorrow, restlessness what are you doing this for? Dad’s soul to be at peace? Why did Iccha kill him in the first place? There must be some reason. All the newspapers said that she killed him to save her husband. It might be that dad made some mistake. I have already gone far from you. But if your second son goes far from you would you be able to live? If something happens to Akash today then would you for the rest of your life hold on to his pot of ashes? Think why is your son battling for his life right now….what if someone cursed him…..what if it is the curse of that Meethi’s mother Iccha? He walks off with the om trayambhakam chant playing in the background.
She realises what he just said and has a flashback. Ekadashi is feeding her sons when she notices Avi walking out late night. On her asking he tells it to be some work. He leaves telling her to take care of herself and their kids. Flashback ends!
She cries why bade papa. Jogi consoles her telling her to go rest. She tearfully heads off to her room with Damini following her. jogi is super angry and decides to consult the Police Commissioner regarding what action can be taken against those people. Divya tries to calm him down hinting to his health. Vishnu requests him to let him speak to Meethi once. Mukku too supports him. he (Akash) used his name and met Meethi. Maybe she will feel light if she speaks to him.
Divya agrees to let him go. But if she doesn’t want to talk then do not force her. Vishnu says she is Teacher didi’s daughter. Even if she slaps me then I wont mind as whatever I am today is because of Teacher didi. Mukku takes him to Meethi’s room.
Kajri comes back in the room. Kadambari asks her what happened. She breaks down completely and cries. Everything, my last hope is over now. I told her everything about Akash. I told her to come to save him. I had a hope that if she comes then this family its people will be changed for good. But that last hope of survival has gone. Now we will have to pay for the sins of this family. Now the people who will rule this house will be your husband & mine (Agarth & Nirbhay). Its all over. Both cry over their fate and disappointments
Agarth is making the kundli stuff again using rice and turmeric. Nirbhay is getting frustrated by the minute. I told you that Akash will change Maiyya’s mind. Agarth tells him about Saturn being in the 3rd & 4th place (predictions!!). nirbhbay asks if this means that Maiyya would switch sides? What about us then? We have lived with one sole mission our life which is to fulfil Maiyya’s revenge. I have done everything from murder to every wrong deed expected for Maiyya’s sake. If she steps back now then our whole life will be ruined. What about Surabhi? Who will marry her now? Even her life is ruined now. If her wrong decisions affect us in any way then….!
Agarth stops him. If what you are saying doesn’t happen then I will the happiest person. For me my sister is everything. But if what you are saying turns out to be true then believe me I wont forget her ever. Whatever storm has come in our lives has come because of that Iccha’s daughter.
-Break-
The nurse lets Maiyya meet Akash for some time. Maiyya BLESSES ( :O this is called transformation) her and goes inside. She is pained to see her son in such a condition.
She hears a small Akash’s voice asking her Maiyya, if I hide then how you will find me. She speaks aloud. I will find you son. She cries recalling another incident when Akash had wiped her tears. What if bau ji (dad) is no more I am here! I will always be by your side. She cries touching the corners of his face and head gently.
-Break-
Akash moves his hand slightly. She notices this and touches his hand and head. He looks at her and thinks, why can you not understand that the love and feeling which you had for dad, I feel the same for Meethi. She is exactly the same to me like dad is for you. I cannot see you taking revenge from Meethi. What will I do by staying alive? What will I do Maiyya by staying alive! The monitor beeps and she tries to calm him down.
Precap: Sankrant asks Ekadish when she will change or if she will change ever or not. He is about to walk off when she keeps her head on his shoulder in a manner of surrender. I agree to what he is saying. Sankrant confirms with her if she agrees to everything that he has asked for. She replies I am ready to forsake the revenge game forever for my son’s life.

Divya introduces Mukku to Vishnu. He looks at both of them confused. You are Mukta…Mukta Rathore? She nods. He stills isn’t able to believe it. If you are Mukta then why did she make me meet another lady by the same name? Mukku asks who. Vishnu thinks and then takes Surabhi’s name. He has flashback of meeting Mukta & Surabhi coming there to take her home. Plus she dint even let me meet Teacher didi. He recalls his first meeting with Surabhi where she told him not to meet Iccha ma for no one knows about her being in jail in the past. What is this riddle? I cant understand if you are Mukta then why did she do it?
Mukta says its a long story. Divya laments. Not only you but our whole family has been cheated. One person came in our lives like a storm and destroyed everything.
Sankrant is leaving for the hospital with the thing that Maiyya had asked for when he hears someone knocking a door. He looks around goes to a closed door and asks if someone is there.
Kajri speaks to him from inside. It is me and ma here. What was the commotion all about? Is Akash fine? He asks her if Nirbhay bhaiya locked her inside. She tells him to focus on the main point. What’s happening outside? He tells her that Akash has slit his wrists. I don’t know what will happen but he keeps repeating that he doesn’t want to live. Kajri is shocked and tells him to try getting her out of here. She knows what will give him a hope to live. Trust me once. Open the door for once. He obliges and she tells him where to look for the keys. He finally opens the door and is boggled to see the condition she is in. Go to hospital don’t worry about me. He tells her to do whatever she can for Akash. He leaves. She prays to God. Give me one chance. She locks Kadambari inside again so as to make a call to Meethi.
The doc tells the nurse to get the blood transfusion stuff ready. Maiyya is holding Akash’s wrists and walking along with his stretcher. They take him inside and she waits outside.
The doc goes out after dressing up Akash’s wounds. Akash opens his eyes and tries to look around. Jaana jogi de naal starts playing as he has flashback of Maiyya’s words. My son and revenge are separate. I cannot weigh them in the same scale. Neither will he die for that girl nor will my revenge be over.
On the other hand, Meethi is standing by the window and feels uneasy. (She is wearing the same suit in which he saw her before slitting his wrists). The scene keeps flashing to both of them one by one.
Akash moves his hand. He does it again to remove the drip and has trouble breathing. Meethi feels something.
He removes the second drip followed by the drip transfusing blood to him from the other hand and finally the oxygen mask. He breathes hard. The sound make nurse jump. She quickly rushes to him trying to put the oxygen mask back but he shouts at her. I don’t want to live.
Seeing no choice, she runs out calling for the doc. Maiyya asks her what’s the matter. She says your son is weird. He took out all the syringes, drips and oxygen mask and says that he doesn’t want to live. If he doesn’t let us treat him then it would become difficult for us to save him. She leaves while Maiyya cries thinking about her son’s condition.
Vishnu is in Thakur House standing before his Teacher didi’s photo. Mukku tells him how Kanha bhaiya & Meethi’s life has come to a dead end. Kanha bhaiya has signed the divorce papers and hopefully Meethi too will sign them in a day or two. He wipes his tears. He used my name to cheat you. I am feeling very bad. He goes to Kanha. I had met your wife. By looking at her no one would believe that she was capable of playing such games. I wish I would have met Teacher didi maybe then the wedding wouldn’t have happened at all.
Jogi pacifies him. There is no point discussing about the past as it wont lessen the pain. He wishes to meet Meethi. Divya says maybe she would not like to meet anyone but Mukta asks to let her try once. Divya and Jogi nod.
Doc tells the nurse to call Dr. Tripathi. Maiyya says why no one is telling me anything. What’s happening? He says what to tell you. His pulse is dropping. He is standing at the door of death right now. maiyya cries for her son.
Meethi thinks don’t know why am I feeling so restless. Why is my heart beating so fast? Sad piya plays.
Dr. Tripathi is tending to Akash. Because of the wind, vermilion box falls on floor (carpet) in Meethi’s room. She looks at it and goes to pick it. She has flashback of Akash putting vermilion on her forehead at the time of the wedding. Tadeva lagnam chant plays in the background.
Dr. Tripathi suggests getting Akash’s MRI & CT Scan. Because of the physical injuries his mental trauma is increasing. That is the reason why he is unable to stay conscious for long.
Akash calls Meethi’s name. Meethi too feels him calling her name. The doc bends down to hear him repeat Meethi. Meethi again feels it and sad Piya plays. She closes her ears in pain. Why? Why am I hearing it again and again? Why is his voice echoing in my ears? She cries but then wipes her tears.
Just then Mukta pats at her shoulder from behind. Meethi jumps back in shock. Mukku notices her lost and upset. Meethi shares that she is feeling very uneasy. Don’t know why is this happening. The more I try to forget him the more I can feel him / his voice around me. His voice still echoes in my head. I don’t know how to forget him and the memories associated with him.
Mukku tells her to calm down. Don’t stay alone in your room. Come with me downstairs. Someone has come to meet you and it is important for you too to meet that person. Meethi asks who. Mukku replies Vishnu! meethi is shocked.
Meethi gets disturbed. Why did you let him in? Go and tell him to leave right now. I don’t want to talk or see him. You are my sister na please send him out. I don’t want to meet him. mukku says relax. Iccha ma’s student Vishnu has come, not Akash. The same Vishnu whose name Akash took to cheat you. He wishes to meet you once and I too feel that you should meet him.
They both come downstairs. Vishnu is facing back towards Meethi. She looks at him, he turns and Meethi sees Akash standing before her.
Akash walks up to her. I am real Vishnu Meethi your husband who loves you a lot. Trust me. However much I wanted to you I lied but not anymore. Now I cannot stay away from you for even a second. If you wish to go away from me then its ok but my love for you will never lessen. She looks at him blankly. Mukku makes her come out of her dreams.
Vishnu turns to look at her. They both feel awkward and greet each other with folded hands. The phone rings and Divya goes to pick it. Kajri asks for Meethi. Divya asks for her name and Kajri tells her. Divya calls out to Meethi. She sends Mukta saying I am not feeling like talking to anyone right now. mukku picks the call and is told that she is Kajri, Meethi’s sister-in-law. Mukku looks shocked and Meethi wonders who it is.
Precap: Meethi picks the phone telling Kajri to speak. Kajri shares her happiness to know that she is alright. But Akash is in hospital. Sad piya plays as Meethi feels pained to hear about Akash.
