Der Fußballstar und das Lolita-Callgirl
Bayern-Star Ribéry wird von seiner Sexaffäre mit einem minderjährigen Callgirl eingeholt: Dienstag startet der Prozess. Die Strategie seines neuen Verteidigers dürfte dem Franzosen gefallen: Angriff.
Erst neulich ist Franck Ribéry wieder mit einem wohlgeformten Kurvenstar auf einem Hotelzimmer verschwunden. Doch das war harmlos: Als sich der Mittelfeldmann von Bayern München mit dem Champions-League-Henkelpott verzog, war es nur einer seiner üblichen Scherze. Und seine Frau, stellte der Franzose danach klar, war beim Pokal-Kuscheln natürlich dabei. Ribéry betont in letzter Zeit auffällig oft, wie wichtig ihm das Glück seiner Familie ist.
Vielleicht, weil er fürchten muss, dass bald wieder ein ganz anderes Bild von ihm in der Öffentlichkeit herrscht. Ab Dienstag wird ihm vor einem Pariser Strafgericht der Prozess gemacht wegen eines alten Skandals um außerehelichen Sex mit der Amüsierdame Zahia Dehar. Ribérys Hauptproblem: Die prallbusige junge Frau war zum Zeitpunkt der verhängnisvollen Affäre allzu jung - keine 18 Jahre alt. Ein französischer Ermittlungsrichter findet das gar nicht harmlos und auch nicht zum Scherzen. Dem Publikumsliebling der Bayern droht im schlimmsten Fall sogar Haft. Der Straftatbestand "Inanspruchnahme einer minderjährigen Prostituierten" sieht eine Höchststrafe von drei Jahren Gefängnis vor. Auf Ribérys Höhepunkt – dem glanzvollen Titel-Triple mit Bayern München – könnte also der Absturz folgen. Zahia Dehar dagegen hat die einstige amouröse Eskapade des möglichen Weltfußballers 2013 und die damit verbundene Publicity etwas ganz anderes gebracht: ihren Aufstieg in die Pariser Glitzerwelt.
"Ich wünsche mir, dass die Leute den ganzen Schmutz vergessen", hatte Ribéry schon 2010 erklärt, als der Skandal öffentlich geworden war. Doch es lässt sich nichts ungeschehen machen. Der Prozess, in dem neben anderen auch Ribérys Schwager sowie Karim Benzema von Real Madrid als Beschuldigte geführt werden, spült den Schmutz wieder hoch. Und Zahia Dehar nutzt das für sich aus: Der größte französische Fernsehkanal TF1 zeigt zur besten Sendezeit ein langes Interview mit ihr, das Klatschmagazin "Paris Match" bringt eine Story über ihr neues Leben als Designerin von Luxus-Dessous.
Anders als Benzema bestreitet Ribéry nicht, mit Dehar geschlafen zu haben. Es war sein 26. Geburtstag, der 7. April 2009: Ribéry ließ die stets aufreizende "Escort-Barbie", wie französische Medien sie getauft haben, in Begleitung einer weiteren jungen Frau und eines Bekannten heimlich aus Paris nach München einfliegen. In einem Nobelhotel kam es dann zum Sex samt Partnertausch, wie Ribéry gegenüber der Sittenpolizei eingeräumt hat. "Ich war Ribérys Geburtstagsgeschenk!", posaunte die kurzberockte Zahia Dehar später von der "Paris Match"-Titelseite. Mithilfe eines Strafrechtsparagrafens gegen Sextourismus, der auch außerhalb des französischen Staatsgebiets Gültigkeit entfalten soll, versuchen die Ermittler jetzt, Ribéry für seine ganz spezielle Geburtstagsfeier dranzubekommen.
Wusste Ribéry, dass Dehar minderjährig war?
Der Bayern-Star wird zum Prozessauftakt eine Gegenoffensive versuchen. Erst vor Kurzem wechselte er den Anwalt. Hatte seine bisherige Verteidigerin angekündigt, Ribéry werde persönlich zur Verhandlung erscheinen, hat der neue Anwalt Carlo-Alberto Brusa ihm von einem persönlichen Auftritt abgeraten. Zugleich macht Brusa klar, dass er das Verfahren mit einer aggressiven Strategie sprengen will: Er will zum Auftakt eine sogenannte vorrangige Frage der Verfassungsmäßigkeit einbringen. "Wir wollen den fraglichen Paragrafen vom Verfassungsrat prüfen lassen und damit eine Aussetzung des Prozesses erzwingen", kündigt Brusa an. Scheitert er mit diesem Verfahrenstrick jedoch, werden die Richter schnell zwei Kernfragen stellen: Wusste Ribéry, dass seine Gespielin Zahia Dehar minderjährig war, als er mit ihr schlief? Und: Hat er ihr dafür Geld gegeben?
Zwar hat das Ex-Callgirl eingeräumt, damals ein falsches Alter angegeben zu haben. Die Staatsanwaltschaft hatte das Verfahren gegen Ribéry deshalb schon einstellen wollen. Doch Untersuchungsrichter André Dando ließ das nicht gelten. Für ihn reicht es, dass die Lolita "ein sehr junges Äußeres" hatte – und Ribéry sich seiner Ansicht nach deshalb hätte bemühen müssen, ihr wahres Alter in Erfahrung zu bringen. Der Ermittler stützt sich auf eine Anweisung des französischen Justizministeriums aus dem Jahr 2002. Demzufolge wird ein Beschuldigter nur dann nicht für Sex mit Minderjährigen belangt, wenn er beweisen kann, dass er das wahre Alter auch beim besten Willen nicht kennen konnte.
Bezahlt haben will Ribéry für den Geschlechtsverkehr mit Zahia Dehar nicht. Schließlich hatte er nach eigener Aussage schon etwa 2000 Euro für die Flugtickets und das Hotel berappt. So zitieren französische Medien aus dem Verhörprotokoll. Die Auslagen habe Ribéry seinem mitreisenden Bekannten in bar erstattet – damit seine Frau nichts merkt. Nur ein Taschengeld von 100 Euro, mit dem seine Geheimgäste Essen gehen konnten, habe er ansonsten bezahlt. Das widerspricht allerdings den Aussagen von Zahia Dehar, die gegenüber der Polizei eine Summe von 700 Euro eingeräumt hat. Und gleich noch ihren üblichen Tarif angegeben haben soll. "1000 Euro, ohne zeitliche Beschränkung, nur um einen guten Moment miteinander zu verbringen."
Ribéry vermutet, dass andere Motive als Bezahlung die Damen zur Reise nach München bewegt haben: "Sie sind gekommen, um mit mir zu schlafen, wegen meines Namens, weil ich Geld habe, weil sie eine gute Zeit erleben wollten", sagte er den Polizisten damals. Sein Anwalt Brusa sagt: "Zahia hatte vielleicht auch einfach nur Spaß am Geschlechtsverkehr. Wenn jede Frau, die Spaß am Geschlechtsverkehr hat, gleich als Prostituierte verdächtigt würde, wäre das doch eine ungeheuerliche Beleidigung der Frauen."

Cavani: Nothing concrete with Real Madrid
The 26-year-old has been linked with a move to the Burnabeu, but insists there is nothing more to the rumors and he is happy with Napoli.
Napoli star Edinson Cavani says there is no concrete link with Real Madrid, despite reports suggesting that he is on his way to the Spanish capital.
The Uruguayan has long been linked with a move to the Bernabeu, with Chelsea and Manchester City also said to be vying for his signature.
The striker admits that los Blancos would be an attractive option, but he insists that he is happy to remain at the San Paolo.
“Real Madrid are one of the strongest clubs in the world, but there is nothing concrete,” the striker told the Corriere dello Sport. “At the moment I do not know what my future will hold.”
While his future remains uncertain, the Uruguayan is enjoying his time with his current club.
“In Napoli, they trust me," he said. “I want to play in a club that gives me confidence. I know this is true in Naples, I’m happy to be there."(goal)

VILFREDO PARETO E LA CRITICA AL GRILLISMO

Dunque aveva ragione Pareto, quando scriveva che le rivoluzioni, nel senso comune del termine, non esistono, sono semplicemente “cambi della guardia”. «In tutta la storia i cosiddetti capi popolari erano stati semplicemente degli scontenti di grandi capacità, i quali si erano sentiti esclusi dal potere esistente. Le grandi rivoluzioni non erano state niente di più che la lotta di una nuova élite per scavalcarne una vecchia, in cui il “popolo” offriva le masse di combattimento» [H. Stuart Hughes, Coscienza e società, Einaudi 1967, p.85]. Il professor Pareto ce l’aveva con Marx e col marxismo, e di conseguenza con la lotta di classe del proletariato, e, negando il conflitto economico, estendeva l’analisi ad altri fattori: sociali, culturali e religiosi. Le grandi rivoluzioni della storia si sarebbero tutte risolte con un nuovo gruppo, in precedenza minoritario, seduto sul trono del Potere.
I grandi patrimoni immobiliari ed economici, invece, sopravvivono spesso a guerre e conflitti: la Fiat in Italia – una per tutte – ha attraversato indenne le due Guerre mondiali, il Fascismo, la Resistenza, i conflitti operai, la prima e la seconda Repubblica, rimanendo sempre nelle mani della famiglia Agnelli. Differenti dalle rivoluzioni sono le “rivolte”, nelle quali il popolo, spinto da fame, povertà, istanze egualitarie, senso d’impotenza di fronte ai soprusi del Potere, assalta i palazzi del governo: cieca violenza che si ripete dai tempi delle Lamentazioni di Ipuwer nell’Antico Egitto fino alla sommossa di Los Angeles nel 1992, e che si spegne quando il Potere riafferma il proprio diritto all’esercizio esclusivo della violenza.
La parola “rivoluzione” appare centinaia di volte sul blog di Beppe Grillo (basta inserire la chiave di ricerca “rivoluzione” nel modulo del sito: http://www.beppegrillo.it/google_cse.html?q=rivoluzione&x=6&y=9 ). Per esempio si legge di: rivoluzione civile, rivoluzione delle facce, culturale, delle pantofole, silenziosa, a cinque stelle, contro la dittatura dei partiti, pacifica, vera. Del resto Grillo si dimostra del tutto paretiano nel suo motto, “mandiamoli tutti a casa”, e proponendo in definitiva una nuova classe dirigente – “la rivoluzione delle facce” – più giovane, più preparata (almeno dal punto di vista dei titoli accademici), più onesta (nessun precedente penale), al posto della vecchia – “la dittatura dei partiti”. Beppe Grillo individua nel Parlamento il Potere e nelle elezioni democratiche l’unica modalità possibile della sua rivoluzione. “We want 100% of Parliament, not 20% or 25% or 30%. When the movement gets to 100% when the citizens become the state, the movement will no longer need to exist. The goal is to extinguish ourselves” [: “Vogliamo il 100 percento del Parlamento, non il 20, o il 25 o il 30. Quando il movimento prenderà il 100 percento, quando i cittadini diverranno lo Stato, il movimento non avrà più bisogno di esistere. Il nostro traguardo è estinguerci”: intervista a Time World, 7 marzo 2013]. L’obiettivo, è dunque sostituire del tutto la classe politica dominante, con dei citizens, dei cittadini, l’opposto dei politicians, i politici di professione, corrotti e corruttori.
Si potrebbe facilmente obiettare che ottenere il cento percento dei consensi elettorali non fu possibile neanche nella Bulgaria di Todor Živkov, e che l’unica maniera per avvicinarsi a questo obiettivo è il partito unico, ma, chiaramente, Grillo intende questo come l’obiettivo simbolico e ideale, che si può concretizzare sia con una vittoria elettorale che consenta all’M5S di governare da solo – sfiorata per altro alle elezioni di febbraio – sia come momento immaginario in cui tutte le liste elettorali siano composte da “cittadini”. Ma le criticità della teoria di Beppe Grillo sono altre. La prima è di carattere generale: quis custodiet ipsos custodes? [Giovenale, VI Satira: “chi controlla i controllori?”, ripreso poi da Alan Moore, in Watchmen]. Ovvero: i cittadini governanti saranno in grado di governare? Grillo sul suo blog [14 Ottobre 2012] afferma: “la nostra non è una rivoluzione politica. No! A noi non interessa sostituirci ai politici. Questa è una rivoluzione culturale”. Ma la teoria paretiana, i motti del Movimento, le interviste di Grillo, le azioni e le elezioni, sembrano dimostrare il contrario. Per una rivoluzione culturale è necessaria cultura, ça va sans dire. Un governo di cittadini accorti potrebbe fare molto in questo senso, aumentando le risorse destinate all’istruzione, migliorando e modificando radicalmente i programmi della scuola italiana, ma non sembra essere questa la priorità del Movimento. D’altro canto per far sì che i cittadini governanti siano “accorti” ci vorrebbe un substrato culturale, un fermento diffuso che in Italia, al momento, non esiste. È un serpente che si morde la coda: perché i citizens dovrebbero essere meglio dei politicians? È un quesito a cui non è stata data risposta.
La seconda questione critica è la strategia. Individuare il Potere nel solo Parlamento non è realistico. Anche governando, l’M5S non potrebbe condizionare fino in fondo i Poteri economico e religioso. La proposta di nazionalizzare le banche va in questa direzione, ma è una goccia nel mare e non sembra essere realizzabile. Gli ultimi vent’anni hanno dimostrato – e il Porcellum lo ha definitivamente confermato – che il Parlamento italiano è composto da prestanome, e sostituirli con “cittadini accorti” non dà certezza di cambiamento. Le élite dominanti di cui parla Pareto non sono a Palazzo Madama, né a Montecitorio.
In un’intervista alla BBC (28 febbraio 2013) Grillo confermava le sue grandi capacità di previsione e di lettura degli eventi: “the right and the left will get together and will govern a country of rubble that they are responsible for. It will last a year. One. Maximum. Then there will be elections again. And once again the Five Star Movement will change the world”, prevedendo quindi il Governo Letta, e anche la sua durata – previsione, questa, ancora da verificare. Sostenendo che, nelle prossime elezioni, l’M5S “cambierà il mondo”, stravincendo, perché “now, the agreements they’ve been doing in the shadows for 20 years, they need to do in the light. And if they do it, they’re dead. Politically dead” [intervista a Time World, cit.: gli accordi che Pd e Pdl hanno fatto nell'ombra per vent'anni, ora devono farli alla luce del sole. E se lo fanno, sono morti. Politicamente morti]. C’è, però, un grande equivoco alla base di questo ragionamento: l’intransigenza e il rifiuto di ogni compromesso sono sensati se il “nemico” è un invasore, non se è il tuo vicino di casa, tuo cugino, o un tuo collega. Gandhi è intransigente, e non cede fino a che non ha ottenuto la Swaraj, l’autogoverno dell’India, l’indipendenza individuale, spirituale e politica. Fino a che gli inglesi non abbandonano Calcutta. Boicottaggio economico, non violenza, disobbedienza civile sono le armi che un popolo numerosissimo può utilizzare contro un invasore straniero. Nel caso italiano i “siete circondati” e i “mandiamoli tutti a casa” sono solo slogan, e se anche il sistema democratico rappresentativo esprimesse in futuro una maggioranza assoluta di virtuosi (e qui ci sono i leciti dubbi di cui sopra, sia riguardanti la virtù dei cittadini governanti, sia riguardo la vittoria elettorale) non verrebbero soppressi di conseguenza il malaffare, l’imperizia, le clientele, l’ignoranza del vecchio gruppo di Potere, che è espressione di un intero Paese, dove vigono il malaffare, l’imperizia, le clientele e l’ignoranza. Accettare il compromesso con la parte politica che si ritiene meno corrotta (Grillo, nel 2009, tentò di prendere la tessera del Pd ad Arzaghena, per partecipare alle primarie) sarebbe stata probabilmente la scelta strategica migliore, per influenzare profondamente gli indirizzi di Governo, per ritrovarsi col coltello dalla parte del manico, andando a nuove elezioni in caso di mancati accordi sui temi importanti, e, soprattutto, per trasformare realmente la questione politica in una questione culturale – o, almeno: tentare, cominciare. L’ambizione di sostituire l’intera classe dirigente, la volontà di fare fino in fondo la rivoluzione, l’intransigenza gandhiana, potrebbero rivelarsi un errore fatale. Ameno che non si avveri, per l’ennesima volta, la previsione da Beppe Grillo, e allora, forse, “the Five Star Movement will change the world”, l’M5S cambierà il mondo, e l’Italia, per davvero.

PETALING JAYA: The Recording Industry Association of Malaysia (RIM) has called on the Government to ban another file-sharing site - jiwang.org.
It claimed that the site specialises in providing pirated Malaysian music recordings for illegal downloads.
RIM said the site also reaps lucrative advertising revenue from commercial organisations.
Last week, the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) banned 10 file-sharing sites and called on local Internet service providers to block access to the sites....
