ज्यूरिख/नई दिल्ली : स्विस बैंकों में भारतीयों की ओर से रखे गए धन में रिकार्ड कमी आई है। गोपनीयता के लिये दुनिया भर में चर्चित स्विट्जरलैंड के बैंकों के खिलाफ वैश्विक मुहिम के कारण भारतीयों द्वारा वहां रखा धन घटकर करीब 9,000 करोड़ रुपये (1.42 अरब स्विस फ्रैंक) पर आ गया है। स्विस बैंकों के खिलाफ वैश्विक मुहिम से अब धनाढ्यों के लिए पैसा रखने के लिये यह अब मुफीद नहीं रहा है।

নিচ্ছে না । সে ভাবলো টিয়ার মতো বকা দিলে মনে হয় কাজ
হবে…
সে গলা চড়িয়ে বললো-“ অ্যাই বুদ্ধু মেয়ে, অরেঞ্জ জুস
আনতে অ্যাতো দেরী লাগে ?”
এ কথা শুনে এয়ারহোস্টেস আর সহ্য করতে পারলো না…

এসে লোকটা আর টিয়াপাখি দু’জনকেই
সোজা বাইরে ফেলে দিলো বিমানের দরজা খুলে ।
মেঘ ভেদ করে তীব্রবেগে মাটির
দিকে পড়তে থাকা লোকটাকে তখন
টিয়াপাখি’টা গম্ভীরমুখে বললো-“উড়তে পারে না যে, তার
অ্যাতো রিস্ক নেওয়া কি উচিৎ হয়েছে?”

कुदरत के कहर में मुनाफा खोजते बेशर्मो ने उत्तराखंड को शर्मशार कर दिया है, आंसुओं के सैलाब में सुबकते पीड़ितों से हमदर्दी के बजाय कुछ लोग पानी की बोतल, बिस्कुट और अन्य खाद्य पदार्थ को सोने के भाव बेच रहे हैं, तो दुसरी ओर टेक्सी और अन्य वाहनों व् होटलों काभाडा भी पहले से दस गुना अधिक ले रहे हैं.! श्रीनगर -पौड़ी -कोटद्वार मार्ग के रास्ते 17-18 जून को हजारों की संख्या में पर्यटक अपने अपने घरों को निकले, इस दौरान भूखे-प्यासे और मजबूर पर्यटकों से मुनाफाखोरों ने लूट करने में कोई कोर कसरनहीं छोडी, होटल के कमरे पहले 1500 की बजाय 8000 और पौड़ी से कोटद्वार का किराया 200 के बजाय 500-800 रुपये वसूला गया, बिसलरी 40 की तो चाय 25 की बिकी, बरामदों में सुलाने के 6-600 रुपये लिए गए .! कोटद्वार मेंकई लोगों ने निशुल्क लंगर भी चलाये और सोने की व्यवस्था भी की लेकिन उस मुनाफाखोरी के कलंक को नहीं धो पाए ..!
विभिन्न प्रदेशों से आये हुए पीड़ित पर्यटक गिरते-पड़ते किसी तरह यमराज का निवास बन चुकीकेदारघाटी से तो बच निकले हैं लेकिन अगस्त्यमुनी से लेकर रुद्रप्रयाग, श्रीनगर, पौड़ी और कोटद्वार सहित अन्य छोटे-बड़े कस्बों औरसड़कों के किनारे दुकानदारों, होटलमालिकों और वाहन स्वामियों की शक्ल में बैठे गिद्ध जैसे उन्हें नोचने को तैयार बैठे हैं .!केदारनाथ, गोविन्दघाट, हेमकुंड से वापिस अपनेघरों की ओर लौटते हुए दैवीय आपदा के कहर और अपनोंको खोने से पहले ही दुखी पीड़ित उत्तराखंड के ऐसे नालायकों के व्यवहार से आहात और क्षुब्ध हैं !
आपदा ग्रस्त क्षेत्रों और यात्रा मार्ग पर बड़ी संख्या में लोग पीड़ितों को मदद, निशुल्क भोजन और आवास मुहैय्या करवा रहे हैं लेकिन मुनाफाखोरों की हरकत उत्तराखंड की देवभूमि वाली पहचान पर बट्टा लगा रही है या यूँ भी कह सकते हैं कि मेहमानों को भगवान् मानने वाली ध्वजवाहक संस्कृति पर कलंक लगा चुके हैं! केदारघाटी, रुद्रपरयाग उत्तरकाशी, हेमकुंड और गोविन्दघाट में कुदरत के कहर से पूरादेश स्तब्ध और दुखी है, हर भारतीय नागरिकऐसे कठिन समय में पीड़ितों की मदद करने की इच्छा रखता है इनमे जो सहायता पहुँचाने में सक्षम हैं वो पहुंचा रहे हैं !
अब इन नालायकों को राज्य सरकार सबक सिखाएगी ऐसी उम्मीद नहीं है, लेकिन हम सभी का कर्तव्य है कीहम ऐसे लोगों को चिन्हित करें और प्रशासन को सूचना दें यदि तब भी न माने तो खुदही इनका उपाय करें ताकि ऐसे अवसरवादियों को सबक सिखाया जा सके ..!
