Scene 1:
Location: Jaitsar Haveli
anandi is shocked to see such behaviour of sanchi. She tries to make sanchi calm down, but sanchi is unnerved. Ganga asks to apologize. She goes to further insult her, that she’s trying to become a nurse and stand with jagiya, in his work, and doesnt even know the basic manners. sanchi says that she might be changing clothes, or needs privacy, which she so shamelessly ignored. Anandi asks her to stop talking, while ganga runs away from there. Sanchi says that she as it is shouldnt expect this. anandi asks why she had to be so rude. sanchi says that she just protected her privacy, and she wont tolerate if anyone interfered in that. She goes to sleep.
Anandi goes to ganga’s room and finding her crying, wipes her tears. anandi says that she understands what she must have felt and apologizes on sanchi’s behalf. Ganga asks her not to, as it was her fault. Anandi says that she’s very mature, and shouldnt doubt herself, for sanchi who’s known to be immature, as she’s the pampered girl in the family, and doesnt realise what all she is saying, when angry. ganga says that she wont give another chance for sanchi to be mad at. Asking her to sleep, anandi begins to go, but ganga holds her back, and says that how two families should be kept together, anandi knows it very well. to take care of everyone’s happiness, and it isnt at all difficult for her. Ganga says that she learns many things from her, everytime she meest her, as anandi’s the best teacher. ananadi smiles, and asks her to go sleep. Anandi leaves from there.
The next morning, Anandi says that they have made breakfast, and would get to lunch for jagiya, and then leave for the hospital. anandi says that she would go to the sarpanch also, to find out how far the college proposal has progressed. Sanchi comes down and greets dadisa. dadisa asks ganga to get breakfast for sanchi, but she denies saying that she has to leave to go to jagiya in the hospital. while anandi says that she is ready too, and sanchi should wait and they go together. Sanchi says that she cant wait. Ganga says that she too is ready. But sanchi says that she would manage while she handles the kitchen, and give breaskfast to jagiya. dadisa asks them to go together, as ganga wont be able to sit in peace, as she’s her student, and once she becomes a nurse then she would have to work under him only. sanchi is irritated but doesnt say anything. Dadisa asks makhan to go and leave the girls to the hospital. sanchi takes the tiffin and leaves in haste. anandi asks ganga to go and she would handle the kitchen. dadisa too asks her to go. Dadisa asks anandi to call sumitra, so that she can come by the same car, on the return trip.
Scene 2:
location: Udaipur and jaitsar haveli
Shiv is very hassled not being able to find his clothes, properly, as it was all handled by anandi only. He looks into anandi’s cupboard also, but doesnt find it there. Shiv calls up anandi and explains his dilemma, at which she starts laughing. Gehna too is amused hearing this. Shiv says that he isnt dumb, but this is due to her, as he’s so habituated to her, that his mind stops working when she’s not around. anandi looks at gehna and feebly says that its good that he’s missing her, so that gehna cant hear, but gehna is amused nevertheless. shiv reminds her that he remembers her endlessly. Anandi hesitatingly says that she would talk later, as gehna too is there. shiv asks if she cant talk when gehna’s around. Anandi asks shiv to hurry for the office. Finally shiv agrees to go, but before that he asks her to say, I LOVE YOU. But anandi is hesitant, while shiv keeps teasing her. Ananadi says that she’s keeping the phone. Gehna says that she has closed her ears, and she can say what anandi wants to. Shiv asks her to say it now. Anandi says, and gehna is amused and asks her if she can take off her hand now and make food. gehna says that she may have covered her ears, but she heard what she told her. Anandi is flustered.
Scene 3:
Location: Jaitsar Hospital
The nurse tells them that jagiya had to be given a drip again, for weakness. sanchi and ganga hear this. Ganga is surfing through the medicines. In the hospital, while sanchi holds jagiya’s hands, ganga is unsettled but doesnt say anything. She notices that the glucose has stopped flowing in the IV vein. sanchi too is tensed. As ganga begins to attend, sanchi asks her to go and call the doctor. Ganga says that she would be able to manage, and nobody needs to be called. sanchi says that she shouldnt even think about doing anything, and she herself would call the doctor, if she doesnt go. sanchi asks her not to touch anything. When sanchi leaves, ganga adjusts the dial of the drip, and the IV starts running again.
Lal singh and sanchi come to see that everything is fine. saanchi asks who corrected this, ganga nods that she did this. sanchi reprimands her for touching even when she had told her not to. lal says that she may not be a nurse but is under training. And she did it like a thorough professsional, and has learnt much in a short duration of time, and soon would get a chance to serve this hospital as an efficient nurse. when lal leaves, sanchi glares at ganga but doesnt say anything.
Scene 4:
Location: Udaipur haveli
Choti maa tries the same trick with shiv as she learnt last night, by mixing up the vegetable names, but shiv doesnt fall for it this time. When dadaji asks what was that about, she tells him the whole trick. Dadaji says that he’s at peace as he must have talked to anandi now. Alok asks if sanchi is alright. shiv says that she’s fine and went to the hospital. Choti maa asks alok if he talked to ira about what happened with sanchi at the social. Alok says that he kees talking to ira, but hasnt yet been able to bring that topic up, and doesnt know how to bring it up. Shiv too says that he would have to say, as this cant be hidden forever. Dadaji agrees and says that they shouldnt hide this for to long from Ira, as she’s her mother after all. Choti maa says that they should call sanchi and anandi before she comes, as she would feel bad when she hears and would want to see sanchi when she comes, and would feel bad if she isnt able to. shiv says that there’s still some time in ira to come, and he would get sanchi and anandi in the next couple of days. Alok decides to tell her, the next time he calls her. He is shocked, when he finds ira back from her trip, and asking him what is it that he needs to tell her. they are all surprised to see Ira. The screen freezes on Ira’s face.
Underlying message: Sometimes, when things are hidden for long, and then disclosed, they tend to create a feeling of distrust, leading to further confusions and misunderstandings.
Precap: Ira opens the door to find a couple, who identifies themselves as Sunny’s parents. They tell what happend, begging for forgiveness on her part, for sunny and his friends and to withdraw the case against their child and ira is very hurt, and shocked too, when she hears the attempt to rape case

Scene 1:
Location: Jaitsar Hospital
ananadi and shiv are shocked to hear sanchi, about staying back. while they try to convince her otherwise, sanchi says that its her responsibility that she takes care of jagiya, and if not that, then atleast be by his side, while he recovers. But shiv says that he cant allow her to stay back. sanchi says that just now, she told them to inform as they would have supported her descision. She asks when she is informing them, then why isnt she allowed to take her descisions. shiv is speechless, and granting sanchi permission asks her to be careful as this is anandi’s home. shiv says that its awkward to leave sanchi alone, and it would be good if she stays back too. Shiv says that he knows this wasnt in the plan, but the discomfort is for some time only. Sanchi hopes that she would say no, as she doesnt need a watchman. Anandi asks how many days. shiv says that eh would take them back in a couple of days. sanchi is irritated, as she wont get a second to spend with jagiya alone. Sanchi goes inside. shiv bids goodbye saying that he would miss her. She too saya the same. Shiv gets in the car and drives off.
sanchi hurries inside, and dadisa asks if she forgot anything. sanchi informs that she didnt feel like leaving jagdish like this, hence she returned. when she sees anandi too coming, dadisa is surprised. Anandi says that shiv felt anything might be required here, hence he asked them to stay back. Dadisa is very happy at this, as the last time, they didnt get a chance to meet her nicely. Anandi says that she doesnt have anything much to wear, dadaisa says that wont be a problem as she’s coming to her own house. Bhario too is surprised but happy when he knows that anandi and sanchi have stayed back. Bhairo says that sumitra had called and she’s ready to get food for jagiya, and that they should leave, as if sumitra stays here, then it would be a relief to ganga also. Anandi decides to go and call sanchi and ganga. sanchi, at the door is very irritated that ganga is taking care of jagdish. She is joined by anandi too. While anandi and sanchi watch at the door, ganga administers the medicines and the proper treatement to jagiya. She stumbles a little at first, and anandi and sanchi together extend their hand to help, but then retreat as ganga composes herself and continues. Ananadi is happy that jagiya is in good hands, while sanchi is irritated.
Scene 2:
location: Udaipur haveli
The family is tensed that shiv hasnt called yet. just then, shiv comes in. dadaji says that he has a very long life, as they were just talking about him. Alok asks how’s jagdish. Shiv tells them. choti maa asks where is anandi. shiv says that anandi has stayed back with the family, as she’s needed there. Shiv tells that sanchi and anandi are both there, which surprises them. shiv explains what happened, but gives an excuse that their trip got cancelled, and they were returning back, when they met shvi and anandi. when sanchi got to know, she too tagged along. Alok says that it would be refreshing change for her and her responsibility too for what jagiya did for her. dadaji asks when they plan to return. shiv says that they havent decided, but would get them in a couple of days. choti maa asks him to freshen up, while she gets food ready.
When choti maa asks about the food, while he eats, shiv compliments her. Choti maa asks why is he tensed, but he denies saying that he’s just tired. Choti maa asks when did he get tired in such a short journey, that he cant even identify the food that she’s given, and is praising her for a dish that she hasnt even made. Choti maa asks that sanchi didnt meet him in the way, and asks why did he lie. when shiv denies, choti maa tells him that the path to devigarh and jaitsar, from udaipur and dont cross at all, then how come he met sanchi in the way. shiv is speechless. Shiv tells her everything. choti maa says that she understands why sanchi took this step, after what jagiya did for her, then why did he feel the need to lie. He says that alok and dadaji are as it is tensed, and they would have been bothered unnecessarily hearing this. when choti maa asks if he asked them to stay back, shiv tells that this was sanchi’s descision and tells how he asked anandi also to stay back. Choti maa says that his descision was right, as sanchi feels obliged and anandi staying there would relieve them of their tension about sanchi. She asks him to finish the food in peace.
Scene 3:
Location: Jaitsar haveli
With folded hands, dadisa thanks the goddess for her blessing that jagiya is alive today. She calls out to ganga, and tells her to go to anandi and sanchi’s room, and ask if they want anything before sleeping. Ganga complies.
in her room, Sanchi talks to her friend, on the phone, wherein she tells her that she wont wait long before telling him about her feelings, and she’s just waiting for him to recover and get in a condition to hear her out. As anandi calls, she tells her friend that she would have to go now.
When she comes inside the room, anandi asks her if she needs any milk or anything else. sanchi says that she doesnt need anything, and she just wants to go to sleep, to be able to go to Jagdish tomorrow early. when anandi asks if she’s okay and comfortable in this room, Sanchi says that she’s fine, as the maximum time, she has to spend in the hospital only with jagiya. Anandi says with hesitation that she wanted to discuss somethingw ith her, if she doesnt feel bad. sanchi asks here irritatedly as to what has she done wrong this time around. Anandi says that she just had to say, that she shouldnt have come here unannounced. Sanchi says that what she did was absolutely right. Anandi says that this step wasnt wrong, and she just tells her to be more cautious after what happened to her, and should have just given a call to alok, so that they would have known where she was, if anything untoward happens. sanchi says that she isnt a small girl, that she would have to take permission for every small thing that she wants to do. sanchi says that alok wouldnt have permitted, had she informed him, and she just had to come here to see if jagdish was alright. ananadi tries to make her understand, that Alok is the one who loves her the most and is pained after what happened to her. Sanchi asks her not to make a big issue, and justifies her staying here. Ananadi thinks that this isnt the sole reason to come here. just then, ganga opens the door, to keep the water inside. sanchi, in anger throws the water and glass on the floor. Sanchi says that even if an animal stays in a decent place, he learns mannerisms, but she, even after having stayed in this houe for a long time, didnt understand that before entering someone’s house, knoking and permission to enter is required. while ganga is in tears, anandi is shocked at such behaviour. the screen freezes on Anandi’s shocked face.
Underlying message: when a person is blinde by love, then she always wants to be near her beloved. At that time, anyone else’s closeness to that person, gives way to a feeling of jealousy against that person.

Shashank Vyas who plays Jagya in Balika Vadhu both likes and dislikes the rains. “It depends on my mood on whether I enjoy the rains or not. When I want to go for an outing with my friends, I wish for clear skies and hence feel that the rains play spoilt sport. Maybe once in a blue moon, I want to have hot pakodas with my friend, I feel that a rainy day is the apt setting. I generally avoid oily food though I love hot coffee when the sky is pouring.”
His favourite indoor activity during the monsoons is playing video games. He doesn’t use an umbrella during the monsoons. “I think an umbrella is a girlie thing. I do wear a rain coat which I think amply protects me from the rains. During my school days I neither carried an umbrella nor wore a rain coat as I would love to get wet. Of course, I would get a good scolding from my parents and teachers because of getting drenched.”

TV actor Siddharth Shukla has a piece of advice for young men - you have only one body; respect it.
Last week, when Siddharth Shukla walked onto the stage of dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 6, the hoots from women in the audience reached a crescendo. Other than his acting (he plays the popular Shivraj Shekhar in daily soap Balika Vadhu), his head-turning physique could have had something to with that.
The 6' 2" tall actor's fascination with gymming dates back to the time he was 14. The 32-year-old remembers making a makeshift gym in his building. "I'd lift a few weights and believe that I had grown strong," he says, flashing a toothy smile. Now of course, he's far more serious about his fitness routine. He shares his regimen with us.
Labour at dawn I was a child who was interested in sports, and represented my school in football, cricket, badminton and table tennis. I began seriously gymming around 2000, and now, I work out six days a week, for two hours a day. If I'm shooting, I'm up by 5.30 am because I hit the gym by 6. The workout is oriented towards weight training, and I pick two body areas to work on every day.
Finding his feet Signing up as a dance show contestant has changed my body clock, as it has my physique. I never danced before I took up the offer, so I suddenly find myself doing a lot more cardio, which is helping me burn calories. Rehearsals usually go on for three to six hours a day, and although I'm now packing in shooting and rehearsals into my day, I continue to make time for gymming.
Protein is his thing I start my day with a dose of complex carbohydrates — oats with water. After my morning workout, I have a protein shake and a few eggs. My lunch is the staple Indian meal - rotis, vegetables and dal. But instead of wheat rotis, I have rotis made of bran or barley. In the evenings, if I have time, I have a snack of eggs. It's a protein kick. However, on most days, I am too busy shooting, so I make do with a protein supplement. Dinner also includes a protein dose; I like tofu.
The occasional detour I have a confession to make - I am very fond of junk food. But I try and cut down on my craving, and stay away from oily and processed eats. I like to sip on tea sometimes, but I try to avoid that too. I also keep myself away from a carbohydrate overdose. However, an occasional pav bhaji is something I allow myself. Aloo bhajia is another snack I can't keep my hands off although I know I'm staring at an unhealthy dish. I compensate for it by taking the stairs to my apartment, which is on the 12th floor.
Fitness mantra It's important that we treat our bodies with respect because it's what we have to make do with as long as we live. Most Indians my age have desk jobs, which means they are busy with mental activity but used to very little physical exertion. We spend a lot of our time making money but if our body stops co-operating, working hard is all a waste. Even walking for half an hour a day is good enough.

Scene 1:

As the whole family gathers around jagdish, he opens his eyes groggily. As ganga comes by his bedside, sanchi comes and jerking her away, stands by his bedside, motioning ganga to step away. Lal Singh checks him up. Sanchi thinks that she wants jagdish to see her first of all, when he opens his eyes. All are waiting tensed. However he opens his eyes to see ganga, all are overwhelmed to see him awake. He asks ganga if she’s alright. Sanchi is frustrated. Ganga says that she’s absolutely fine and asks him to get well soon. He looks over to Dadisa, and doesnt turn unintentionally to Sanchi’s side. He asks Dadisa too about her. He asks about sumitra, and is told that she has gone to the temple, to pray for him, as she got very restless after seeing him like this, and god too answered a mother’s prayers. Sanchi thinks that he saw everyone and talked to them too, but when her turn would come. jagiya finally turns to her sid,e and is surprised too see her, and asks how is she here. She tells him the entrire story. He asks her how is she, to which she says she’s fine. He says that he hopes that the poliec would be very strict in dealing with sunny and friends. Shiv assures that ot would happen. Sanchi wonders why all are arent going. dadisa says that they were waiting for this moment. jagiya says that he has everyone’s blessings. Dadisa hopes that the goddess protects him as always.
Bhairo says that he’s very proud of him, for what he did for sanchi. jagiya says that to protect every woman’s self respect, is his duty, which he’s learnt from him only. Ananadi asks about his health. jagiya says that he had to be okay, as he was treated by a very capable Lal Singh. Lal says that he’s conscious now but needs rest, for a speedy recovery. jagiya says that Lal Singh managed everyone to ask to go so politely. Anandi says that they would wait outside. jagiya says that she’s absolutely fine, and they dont have to stay, as he already feels good, that they came from a long distance to be with him. He tells her that his family would keep them updated. shiv and anandi ask him to take care of himself. All go outside asking him to rest, except for ganga, anandi and sanchi.
Ananadi says that she doesnt need to, but still asks ganga to take care of jagiya. Ganga says that till he doesnt get better, she wont leave his bedsie, and asks her not to worry. Sanchi doesnt like this. Ananadi motions her to come along now. Sanchi is in a dilemma, but leaves nevertheless. She turns back to look at jagiya, and is upset seeing ganga going closer to him, and sitting by his bedside.
Outside bhairo and basanat decide to go their work, while dadisa says that she would stay behind with ganga, and they can pick her up on the way back. After they leave, dadisa makes shiv and anandi sit beside her, and ask about udaipur. They ask her not to worry, either about udaipur or about jagiya. Dadisa tells them about ganga’s contribution in saving jagiya. Dadisa finds sanchi still standing there, and says that she surprised her by turning up unannounced, and then showing the strength to be able to come all alone. She says that sanchi lost all strength when she saw jagdish, and started crying. Dadisa tells them how maturely she behaved, unlike what she had always thought sanchi to be, childish. anandi says that she thinks that jagdish has done a huge favour on her, and hence she had to come and see him. Shiv takes permission to leave, and beckons sanchi also to come along. Dadisa gives them blessings. Shiv tells anandi to come after meeting dadisa, while he’s outside with sanchi. he is disturbed by the way sanchi is behaving.
Outside the hospital, Shiv reprimands sanchi for not informing them, before coming. She says that she didnt realise when she had to come to jaitsar, and forgot. Shiv says that he isnt angry that she came, but that she didnt inform. sanchi says that had she told, then they wouldnt have allowed her, as alok is angry at her as it is, and never would have given permission. Shiv too reprimands her, for thinking that she’s not being given freedom. He says that they would have taken her and came here, if they go to know, as he has done huge favours on them. he makes her realise that at this age, it might seem that she’s not understood by anyone, but they all are on her side, and would solve all of her problems together.
Inside, Anandi says that she wont lie, as everything is normal, but not ira, who she thinks is still angry at her, and has gone to mamaji’s place. She says that she only hopes that she’s forgiven when ira returns. Dadisa says that would happen, as she has prayed to the Goddess for the same. dadisa again mentions how sanchi had asked for forgiveness, and was upset seeing jagiya. She says that she had thought wrongly about her, as sanchi isnt that bad after all. Dadisa hugs her, and asks her to take care of herself. Anandi excuses herself. she goes out.
Sanchi apologizes for this. shiv says that its opkay, but she shopuldnt do this again. Shiv too praises ganga for her contribution in saving ganga’s life, and she reciprocated the same that jagiya had done for her. Sanchi finds it disgusting that everyone is just praising ganga, and thinks that she cant leave jagiya alone with ganga, as she might just cast him under a spell, by taking care of him. When anandi arrives, shiv says to anandi and sanchi that they should leave, and is about to get in the car, when sanchi stops him. sanchi says that she would wait here till he’s completely fine. Shiv and anandi are perplexed to hear her talk like this. The screen freezes on Anandi’s shocked face.
Underlying Message: A person blinded by love, doesnt understand the purity of it. That person often becomes adamant and arrogant, and doesnt even want to understand what others try to make them.
Precap: While anandi and sanchi watch at the door, ganga administers the medicines and the proper treatement to jagiya. She stumbles a little at first, and anandi and sanchi together extend their hand to help, but then retreat as ganga composes herself and continues. Ananadi is happy that jagiya is in good hands, while sanchi is irritated
